President's Circle - $50,000

Attendees are always looking for a casual atmosphere to meet fellow participants. TAGC will offer an evening networking event. Sponsor the event and you will receive the following: sign recognition at the event, logo and link placement on registration webpage, sponsorship recognition in promotional materials, pre- meeting attendee list for one time usage, full page color advertisement in the program book, ad on meeting website for 6 months.

Platinum Sponsor - $25,000 (per joint plenary session)

One of the most exciting aspects of the meeting will be the joint plenary sessions that will feature prominent scientists. This sponsorship ensures that your name and logo are seen by all the conference attendees. Special recognition will be provided to these sponsors during the joint plenary sessions. Benefits include: logo and link placement on registration webpage, sponsorship recognition in promotional materials, placement of a one page flyer on the attendee chairs during the session (your company will provide the staffing for placement), 10 VIP seats at the session.

MOBILE APP OPPORTUNITIES


Mobile App Exclusive Sponsorship

$25,000

Available beginning in mid-June to all potential meeting attendees and interested mobile users who are not attending the meeting, this official mobile app is available for iPhone, iPad, and Android. The app will allow the user to view the schedule of events, search abstracts, program descriptions, poster presentations, and exhibitor listings at their fingertips. The app will give the user access to the hotel map and the most recent updates to the program, and even allow a personalized schedule. Once the app is downloaded, it may be used without an internet connection. This opportunity is a highly visible way for your message to reach attendees during the meeting. Support of the app includes your corporate logo on the loading screen, your logo on the main menu, and two banner advertisements within the app. GSA will also have a banner ad within the app, to rotate with sponsor ads.

Conference Bags

$20,000 (limit 2)

The sponsor’s name and logo, GSA logo and TAGC meeting logo along with the meeting dates and location will be on the bags. Attendees will pick up their meeting bag and Program book together, ensuring your support reaches every attendee. The fee above is due to GSA and the sponsor is responsible for purchasing the bag (with GSA approval).

Hotel Wifi

$15,000

As the exclusive sponsor of the wireless network, you will enable attendees to access the internet in public areas of the hotel. Attendees will see your company's specialized launch page of your design in order to log in to the network. GSA must approve page content.

Cybercafé

$2,000 each or $5,000 exclusive

For easy, daily access and visibility, the Cyber Cafe will be located right outside the Exhibit Hall. The sponsor will have continuous recognition with their Company logo as the screen saver and default setting to the sponsor's homepage. Note: Exclusive sponsorship

Hotel Key Cards

$15,000

Hotel room key cards are provided to each attendee upon check-in at the official conference hotel. Your company name and logo will be printed on the key card.

Charging Station

$5,000

Charging Station located on the exhibit floor will include company name and logo. Attendees bring 1-3 devices to a meeting so you are guaranteed exposure!

Online Abstract and Itinerary Builder

$5,000

This is the second most viewed page on the meeting website, behind only the homepage. This full-content abstract search provides attendees with an array of search tools, the ability to create an account,and to save their results and build a schedule. This search program is widely used years after the meeting, providing you with enduring exposure. Your support includes a company name and logo prominently placed on the page, which will be displayed for the search and the results.

Lanyards/Badge Holder

$5,000

The sponsor’s name and logo, GSA logo and TAGC meeting logo along with the meeting dates and location must be on the badge holders. Attendees will pick up their lanyard/badge holder with their meeting bag and Program book. Attendees must wear their badges at all times to access the rooms and exhibit hall. The fee above is due to GSA and the sponsor is responsible for purchasing the lanyards/badge holders (with GSA approval).

Meeting Bag Inserts

Your company provides 5,000 copies of your product/company flyer and it will be placed in the meeting bag given to each conference attendee.

As the sponsor of pens, your company logo will be visible to all attendees. These are a great take-away item for attendees which are provided when they register. The fee above is due to GSA and the sponsor is responsible for purchasing the pens.

Know Before You Go

Just before the meeting, every conference attendee is sent an email with important information that they need to make their trip go smoothly. Typically, the open rate is over 150%! Your linked 200 x 200 pixel ad featuring your company and/or product name and logo will be prominently displayed at the bottom of this email.

Daily Conference Information Emails

$4,000 - daily rate Wednesday through Saturday
$2,000 - Sunday

Each day an email will be sent to conference attendees updating them on the events for that particular day. Your company can display an ad at the bottom of the email with a hyperlink.

Escalator Clings

Various locations and costs available

The escalators are the main entry and departure points from the meeting area to the rest of the hotel. Attendees will walk past and ride the escalators numerous times each day. This is a fabulous opportunity to give prime visibility on a decal with your company logo and booth number. Shuttle Bus Clings

A shuttle will be provided between the hotels.
