The Allied Genetics Conference (TAGC) sponsored by the Genetics Society of America (GSA) is an ideal forum to network with colleagues on collaborative projects and consortia. It is also a great time for exhibitors to host breakfast and lunch events to update customers on new and emerging trends. To facilitate such gatherings during and around the meeting dates, space will be available on a limited basis. Please review the type of events below and click on the appropriate button to submit your request.

Types of Events

Scientific Workshops - These events are organized by the individual communities and will be selected by the community organizers. There are typically more workshop requests than available space and the community organizers will make the final decision as to which workshops to program. Two or more communities working together on a potential workshop is encouraged. The Scientific Workshop application is for trainees, postdocs and faculty. No commercial companies.

Exhibitor Workshops/Events - These events are available to those companies who have already made the commitment to exhibit and there is an additional fee for the space which includes a listing in the program book and online. Those who would like to hold exhibitor events and workshops will be selected on a first come, first served basis depending on availability of space.

Ancillary Events - These events are for groups who would like to hold meetings, receptions or other events before, after or during TAGC. For example, if a university would like to hold a reception this would be considered an ancillary event.
